Review: [redacted], as owner of Gibbs Home Improvement, bought and updated a house with the intention of selling it. We, the buyers, had a contract stipulation that debris left in the attic was to be removed prior to the closing of the house. It has come to our attention that the debris was not removed. We need to insulate our attic, but have been told by a contractor and two insulation experts that the work cannot be completed until the debris is removed from the attic. We contacted our real estate agent to apprise her of the situation. She contacted the seller's ([redacted]) agent. [redacted]' agent is unable to speak to him due to his refusal to return her phone calls or emails. We now have frozen water pipes due to the lack of insulation and the inability to insulate due to [redacted]' failure to meet the requirements of the contract and remove the debris from the attic.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to comply with the terms of the sale contract and remove the debris from the attic. Additionally, I would like him to pay any fees that result from the debris removal, such as having a licensed HVAC contractor repair any A.C. duct work that is damaged in the process of debris removal.

First and foremost the home that we renovated was done magnificently and although it is not a new home it is in great shape.

From my first contact with Mr. G[redacted] to the final clean up, everything went smoothly. No high pressure sales. All my questions and concerns were met with professionalism and experience. Not to mention, his price was CONSIDERABLY LESS than the other roofing companies I interviewed.
The job went quick and well. The house/garage look great. The crew knew what they were doing and cleaned up after the job was done.
