I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint I strongly disagree with the claims the service provider presents in his response. He's first claim is that he's insurance determined he is not responsible for the damagesHowever, I have a letter from the Mr [redacted] insurance company saying he's company is not covered for damages resulting from improper roofing activitiesIt is unfortunate to see a Revdex.com endorsed roofing company having no coverage for for improper roofing activities.I, like most people, am not a roofing expertI do not know all the components necessary to have a roof that protects me properly from the elementsI do not know whether I had flashing before [redacted] roofing company did their workHowever, I do know that my previous roof work did not leak for years, and after the work [redacted] roofing did it immediately started leaking[redacted] roofing also claims that I didn't pay for flashingThat is true, but it is not because I refused to add it to the cost, it is because the service provider failed to add it to the contractAgain, I am not a roofing expert and the first I learned about flashing was after my roof started leakingLike most people, I desire a roof that does not leak and I would of gladly added the minor cost of flashing, if the option was presented to me.Even after the leak, it took a The Director of Inspectional services, [redacted] M [redacted] , to contact Mr***and tell him that he's work was not up to code and get him to install flashing [redacted] roofing claims poor work from the builderI am not expert, all I know is that a non leaky roof, starting leaking. At this point, I was still left with major water damage in my garageI was forced to used my insurance since Mr [redacted] was not coveredThe insurance estimated 5600$ worth of damage that included mold removal, painting, garage door fixing etcMr [redacted] offered to have his guy to patch the dry wall upI was not interested in a non professional to mask the damage up and not address the issue properlyNot only it is a major health concern, is it unethical for future ownersTo me, it reflects on the values of [redacted] roofingThis process consumed a lot of my time, but I never "blew off" anybody

My insurance company adjuster went out and my determined my company was not responsible for thisWe did roof on this duplex that was built years agoThere was no flashing, they did not to pay for itThey did have water on the cekingNow she wanted flashingHad my guy come and come off vinyl
siding and then we did flashingIf it was my fault we would take care of it, but it was the shoddy work of the builderI told her I would have my plasterer come out to fix the tiny spot, but she blew him offI did tell her to go through her insurance company insteadI think her insurance company came out and gave her an estimate and she did not want to pay the deductibleThis is not due to my work done years ago as confirmed by the insurance adjuster

I strongly disagree with the claims the service provider presents in his response. He's first claim is that he's insurance determined he is not responsible for the damages. However, I have a letter from the Mr. [redacted] insurance company saying he's company is not covered for damages resulting from improper roofing activities. It is unfortunate to see a Revdex.com endorsed roofing company having no coverage for for improper roofing activities.I, like most people, am not a roofing expert. I do not know all the components necessary to have a roof that protects me properly from the elements. I do not know whether I had flashing before [redacted] roofing company did their work. However, I do know that my previous roof work did not leak for 10 years, and after the work [redacted] roofing did it immediately started leaking.[redacted] roofing also claims that I didn't pay for flashing. That is true, but it is not because I refused to add it to the cost, it is because the service provider failed to add it to the contract. Again, I am not a roofing expert and the first I learned about flashing was after my roof started leaking. Like most people, I desire a roof that does not leak and I would of gladly added the minor cost of flashing, if the option was presented to me.Even after the leak, it took a The Director of Inspectional services, [redacted] M. [redacted], to contact Mr. [redacted]. and tell him that he's work was not up to code and get him to install flashing. [redacted] roofing claims poor work from the builder. I am not expert, all I know is that a non leaky roof, starting leaking. At this point, I was still left with major water damage in my garage. I was forced to used my insurance since Mr. [redacted] was not covered. The insurance estimated 5600$ worth of damage that included mold removal, painting, garage door fixing etc. Mr. [redacted] offered to have his guy to patch the dry wall up. I was not interested in a non professional to mask the damage up and not address the issue properly. Not only it is a major health concern, is it unethical for future owners. To me, it reflects on the values of [redacted] roofing. This process consumed a lot of my time, but I never "blew off" anybody.
