The guest complaint states they tried calling me and had no response. A voice message was never left during the guests two night stay. Throughout the years of seasonal vacation renting we have always responded to any guests that have contacted us with questions during their
stay. The very few times any guests in the past have called the questions are regarding how something works and never complaints. Water is tested yearly by local water sanitation department and always passes required levels. This test is required by health department. After the guest departed any issues with pressure or leaks were not and have not been discovered. The gas fireplace pilot light takes patience to light properly. I have been called in the past by guests who had trouble lighting pilot and have gladly lit pilot light for them. Regarding the garage it is not advertised anywhere on website or was it verbally stated as an amenity for guests usage. There is a lock on the common bathroom door located on the lower level. Due to guests accidentally engaging lock without knowing when finished in the bedroom bathrooms they have been removed. A few bugs may have been overlooked on a ceiling fan while cleaning and preparing prior to the guests arrival. We take great pride on providing a clean and sanitary rental for each and every guest. The requested checkout time stated on our website and printed in guest book available in the house is 10am departure. As guests remained inside and in front of house until 11am I asked that they depart shortly thereafter so that we may clean and prepare for the next group arrival. There is nothing to discontinue as advertised on website. Without having receiving a phone call or voice message during guests stay there was not any way to respond to any complaint
