I had to go to the ER in [redacted] on 4/20/14, as they were unsure they sent me to [redacted]. GC EMS filed my ins on 5/30/14 & billed me 7/15/14.I had to go to [redacted] ER on 4/20/14, as they were unsure of my problem they sent me to [redacted] would not let me let my son whom was with me take me to [redacted] told me I had to be taken by ambulance to [redacted]. Gibson County EMS transported me. On 5/30/14 GCEMS filed my insurance. 6/16/14 [redacted] paid them 392.35. On 7/15/14 I got my FIRST BILL EVER from Gibson County EMS telling me YOUR BILL IS LONG PASS DUE! This is just rude and threatening Desired SettlementI want to make sure this has NOT been reported on my credit; it is hard to pay a bill or for it to be pass due before you get the thing!Business Response This is a standardized letter that is generated monthly and mailed out. Our vender is the one that put those messages on the bottom of the bill and we have tried, with no success, to have them changed. We have not and will not send this information to the credit bureau. Had the patient called us with this complaint it could have very easily been taken care of on the telephone. We are very sorry for any misunderstanding this may have caused.
