This consumer has been contacted by a customer service repand we are currently working to resolve this consumers's issues with their guitar Prior to this complaint I was not aware that this consumer was having issues or was unable to receive what they felt was satisfactory customer service I will ensure that this matter is resolved in an efficient and professional manner
