From: [redacted] Sent: Friday, September 19, 3:PM To: drteam Subject: Re: Account Team, I looked up that issue with the customer We have multiple emails to and from the customer stating the updates of when the product would ship There was a delay with the manufacturer and the customer was informed any time we were updated The customer did not want to cancel the order although we were more then willing to cancel the order and refund the purchase price The product shipped to the customer on 8/1/and was delivered on 8/6/ The customer was not refunded since he opted to keep the order, again we have emails that prove this statement We do have a tracking number showing that the customer signed for the package on 8/6/2014, since then we have not had any communication with the customer Please let me know if you need anything else Thank you, [redacted] Phastek Performance [redacted]

Shortly after speaking with your *** this morning I called back and left a message about sending a return label. I know you spoke with my manager this afternoon about the problem and we are taking it up with *** to ensure no one else has this same
problem
Attached is a return label for the *** programmer so it can be returned to us for inspection and verify that the device is unmarried and in original packaging. Once we get the programmer back we will give you credit to your card on file, the transaction does take about 3-business days before the amount shows up in your account
I do apologize for any confusion that might have occurred during this process
