Reliability is what DirecTV is selling over cableBased on comments by the company and the salesman they can not guarantee reliabilityIt is going to storm a lot in my local areaThis is not reliability DirecTV has national ads declaring how reliable their service is and yet the salesman stated service interruptions during stormsThat is not reliabilityAlso the salesman was not telling the truthWe discussed service reliability at the time of sale and he said the service reliability issues during storms were no longer trueWhen I called him to complain about the service interruptions he suggested I call DirecTV service because we should not be having such problemsThat started this whole problemI followed his lead and called DirecTV for service and they said we had no problemI was told service interruptions are common during rainAnd yet I still see commercials for DirecTV saying how reliable their service isI will have to pay several hundred dollars to fire DirecTV because they knew they are not reliableThey are nothing more then scam artist
