Last year (summer of 2014) I had [redacted], owner Gideon Services do some home improvement work for me. He received payment in full. I inquired if he would like to continue to do some work for me and he agreed to do a painting job on the outside of my house (shutters, trim, front door, power wash siding, trim tree, etc.). He gave me an estimate and we agreed he would come back in the fall when the weather cooled down. He never returned my calls after repeated attempts. I called him again this spring to have him complete the work and we agreed he would come reevaluate the project since I had the trees removed. I told him I understood if he wanted to redo the estimate since it was a year old. He called back and gave me an estimate of $600.00 for the work. He scheduled the work for June 13th and 14th, 2015. After repeated calls and texts to confirm he was going to be there, he texted to tell me he was unable to come on those dates due to another job. He never offered another date to reschedule and he would not call me back to discuss the matter. I would not recommend this man for any jobs that require timeliness. His time management and customer service skills are horrible.
