I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

I sent a representative out to price job a bout an month agoThen my representative quit on me before we went to do the job so didn't get to see the price he quoted the jobSo when the customer finally wanted the work doneWe went out to his residence and he ask me what could I do it for
and I said what did my representative say he said to take one big cotton wood tree and a large maple down and grind all stumps and haul away to customers brothers houseI told him that that was very cheap for him to price it at but if he told u that then I will do the job for then we started working and the customer had the contract and bought it on to the crew after I lefted and he said look I got him out of bc the representative priced it at on contract(The contract stated remove both tree and grind stumps leave all wood for for we could remove trees stumps and haul everything to his brothers) we did the work and gave us check with the remain of then calls days after we did all that he wanted us to go back and grind a root that he foundI told him I would come back and grind the root if he gives me the rest of my money that was owed to me per my contract

We do not know where he is getting his numbers from! These numbers do not Match ! This is a copy of what was sent to the Revdex.com as a message from business.As you can see from the copy of the receipt and the copy of the check is $not $So if he can be wrong this, he may be wrong on some other items as well As a note to self and others just make sure all work is completed before finial payments I made!Thank you Revdex.com

It was a $1,check so he still owes and I will be out to grind the stump when the last payment is due a $he lied to my representative he lied to me and laughed at all my workers face far as I'm concerned this complaint is resolved because I can't get the rest of my money and he's not going to get his stump around until then
