Fast talking with glossing over the actual costHard to understand customer service worker heavy accentsPhone number for customer service was disconnectedGood luck trying to get them and they don't answer e-mails

My mother in law(87) does not read magazines and is very easily confused gave her credit card number and was the proud owner of over $worth of magazines including Seventeen, ESPN, and many moreI know magazine publishers are working hard to maintain circulation but dealing with disreputable company's that take advantage of the infirm is wrong

I received a letter in the mail from the companyGiving me the change to enter into a sweepstakesI read over the letter and decided to call themThe person that answered the phone was very nice and respectfulI knew when I called they would try to sign me up for magazine subscriptionsThe person offered me the magazines and I declined she said that was fine and made sure that I knew that a purchase does not increase your chances of winingI have had experiences with other companies like National Magazine Exchange, but the experiences was nothing like the experience that I had with NME NME customer service is very exceptional If I would use the magazine subscription that I definitely would have subscribed with them There is a lot of bad reviews out there but from what I've read most of those issues was prior to

This is not a winning give away, but a promotional launching ramp to promote the spending of any saveing you might have earned just like any other unsrupiolous business trying to filter you and your information, to the advantage of all other joining in on the ban-wagon and milking you to fill their pockets with ones wealth
((( WARNING - BE IN THE WORLD BUT NOT OF THE WORLD !!! )))
were is their winning public ???
Please do not send me another letter or call me, your number one fan

I've had the typical interactions over the phone where they call about some sweepstakes and want to register a subscription to a few magazines, but when I refuse to give credit card info over the phone the supervisors either get annoyed and frustrated by huffing or repeating the reasons why I should be fine with their company and goving my information over the phone then they end each of their comments with, "so what is the expiration of the card?"
For a company that very well may be ligit in it's dealings the staff is clearly trained to be mechanically nice and cheery while pushy about obtaining personal information along with subscriptions
That's absolutely a business with which I don't care to be involved regardless

I recently received a letter for your sweepstakes and I was very please at the customer service and the friendliness! I was only asked if interested in magazines after I was assured I was properly intered into your sweepstakes and with the chance of winning something I didn't already have I am excited and greatful so thank you!
Sincerely yours
Sarah F

These people are very tricky in talking you into something you will later regret. All they want is your money. If you want to subscribe to a magazine, do not do it through these people. Subscribe directly from the magazine that you want itself.

I wish to cancel my script I am getting magazine's I do not want and did not ask for,My cr is XXXXXXXX and the order number is XXXXXXXX I will pay for the one's I have recieved do not charge me again

My mother in law. (87) does not read magazines and is very easily confused gave her credit card number and was the proud owner of over $470.00 worth of magazines including Seventeen, ESPN, and many more. I know magazine publishers are working hard to maintain circulation but dealing with disreputable company's that take advantage of the infirm is wrong.

I receive their letter in the mail about this strike it rich contest and naturally thought I would call and hear what they have to say. The lady first precedes to ask me for my email and phone number and then asks me what I would do with this money if I won. So I went along with this and then she tells me im the winner of some diamond watch and a magazine subscription. She then starts reading off available magazines and I answer," I am not interested in your magazines." Then she tells me she doesnt want me to miss out and pushes more options on me and I then say, "No thank you" as she began to start reading off more I hung up the phone. This is not a sweepstakes, but telemarketers scamming you into calling them. Do not respond to any mail from these people.

Fast talking with glossing over the actual cost. Hard to understand customer service worker heavy accents. Phone number for customer service was disconnected. Good luck trying to get them and they don't answer e-mails.
