As I explained to Mrs [redacted] this is a New vehicle (never been titled) qualifies for all the manufacturer's incentives and any special interest rates that may apply when purchasing a new vehicleFurthermore, I normally would offer to pick up the vehicle and drop off a loaner until everything is fully functional with the vehicle, but she lives in Arizona and so that wasn't an optionThat is why we explained to her it is under full warranty so she can take it to the local Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store in her area and they can fix whatever needs to be fixed (likely the place she will continue her service needs with)Also, after discussing the issues with my new car manager, he thinks it's just a programming issue that needs to be addressedFurthermore, as I tried to explain to her, sometimes even new vehicles have issues that arise and that's why there is a full warranty on themThey also have recalls (sometimes with miles on them) but that doesn't warrant the dealer to buy back the vehicleKeep in mind the vehicle itself was driven by her all the way back to Arizona, so there is no safety issues obviously, just some need of programming the seats We have sent her manual to her last FridayAs far as buying the vehicle back, we don't consider buyer's remorse a reason to consider buying a vehicle back
I spoke with customer Saturday before I saw this Revdex.com and we have it worked out, thanks
