I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me It is also noted, that I have stated several times that *** does not have full service in my area and calls are constantly dropped and it is very difficult to hearI was also informed by this company that they were installing new phone system and I was disconnected from them many times

We have been diligently working with this customer to address her concerns.  It's never our desire to have an unhappy customer.  Communication is extremely difficult when the customer screams on the phone, doesn't allow you to respond and hangs up on you....this was done multiple times to...

three different Wet Pools employees before we were forced to say something to her about it.  Her communications have improved since then and we have been discussing and addressing her issues. We have previously agreed to replace all [redacted] coping. Options were given to her, I met with her, we sent pictures and dropped off a sample to her last Wednesday. She made her decision last Thursday and we told her we would let her know when we could obtain the materials and place it on the schedule. Instead of a response we receive this lengthy review.  We will continue to work with her to come to a resolution. We and our representatives certainly have been on location to review each item and are working with our subs to address. This is where we are in this process but would like to get on the same page with the customer on all items to resolve this complaint in a satisfactory way and have this complaint marked as such.1. [redacted] coping will be replaced with the same selection of [redacted] choice but of better quality as previously agreed upon.2. I will have the plaster company out to view the steps.  3. Adding toe tile is not a problem at all but want to have the plaster company to review #2 above first.4. The very small portion of the deck that is holding water is on her "pre-existing" back patio but a work order has been sent to the sub to see if it can be addressed by the spray deck company.5. Pool Cleaner is placed as close to the center of the pool as possible as per recommendations.  She happens to have a raised wall on one side and a tanning shelf and steps on the other.  It was placed in the best possible location for the design of her pool.  The pool cleaner should always be turned off and removed before swimming for safety reasons regardless of it's location. This item should be removed.6. The bubbler was capped.
