The basket contents are exactly as described on the website: citrus and seasonal fruits.As described on the website the exact basket design varies by season.Picture attached is shown without a wrap and studio photos are often different from the photos of finished product. We have no way to pickup the basket from the recipient and only options we offered are either partial refund that more than twice compensates for the value of fruits allegedly inferior or delivery of a gift that contains no perishable fresh fruit to avoid yet further allegations. We are small business and cant afford to refund in full and offer a free ride for a product that was prepared with care and delivered in a timely manner.

The recipient of this fruit gift basket is my sister who is sick and I want to give her the best. Her daughter took a picture and sent it to me with a thank you note. Then I called my sister and that's when she told me how disatisfied she was when she noticed the basket was partially unwrapped, the grapes were mushy and moldy close to the stems and the pineapple skin and leaves were dried and wilted. These things I mentioned the first time I called the company. They are not at all what this company had advertised and pictured (attachment) in their website. I want to get what I paid for, either a fresh new basket or a full refund of $148.95. My sister (the recipient) is willing to return the first basket. Thank you.

was more than adequate- Nobody else from 47 recipients of the same basket on the same date complaint about the quality of the contents (we called few people just to make sure)Basket picture of the gift delivered that customer sent us is attached.Regardless of our findings we wanted to keep client satisfied and have offered customer to refund for both pineapple and grapes AND didn't demand the return of these items (they were shipped).Basket cost was $129.95 + delivery.Despite the cost of pineapple and grapes being under $40 - we have offered customer a much larger refund of $70 USD (more than 50% of the basket cost) , alternatively we also offered a delivery of an apology gift to compensate for this.We did not offer to redeliver a fruit basket as we feel that new basket delivery will likely result in the same feedback from the same recipient.Unfortunately full refund can not be justified, as per our delivery policy we are to refund for the damaged contents.I would like to restate our offers:- An apology gift of equal value (dried fruits, nuts OR other contents desired by the sender, except the fresh fruit)OR- A partial refund of no more than $70 USDThank you for your attention
