Review: 2 certificates for $500 each purchased from WOA on 4/**/13. ordered merchandise on 9/*/13 order # [redacted], and 10/*/13 order # [redacted]. Never received merchandise - checking order history on web site reveals "not yet shipped" several e-mails to customer service w/ no response. Called customer service on # provided, during business hours provided, twice, and get "this mailbox is full, good-bye" No way to speak to a representativeDesired Settlement: I want the orders filled and delivered, an explanation of why it has been a year and the orders have not been shipped, or a full refund of the purchase price for these certificates ($100.00)
