I ordered a balloon bouquet for my brother's birthday After waiting all day for him to receive it, I contacted this company and learned that the balloons "did not make it out for delivery" I was not notified that the delivery was not going to be made I asked for a full refund, which I'm told will be processed and credited within 3-business daysI will NEVER use them again!!!

I tried placing an order and pay with a gift card but since the order was more than my gift card it didn't go through, so I add a credit card wich didn go through either, no confirmation, I thought my order didn't go throughI went on a different computer and properly placed the order, got my confirmation and items were delivered on time so I thought all was goodDuring the weekend I got a confirmation that my items couldn't be delivered so I was very confused, when I check my credit card it was charged for the same items to be delivered to the same recipients twice, I quickly called the company who advised me that they do not give refund but understood my situation so they will be able to refund me the price of the items minus delivery fee, so I agreed to get my money back minus delivery But today I got confirmation that the items were deliveredReally? My card was charged without my permission for the second delivery since I never got any confirmation for that order, this is a big scam, this company is reaping people offThere is no way I will order from them again and I am going to make sure that all internet sites get this to warn future buyers
