I am writing you in regards to a complaint that was filed against my company Gifted Hands of Love, IncGifted Hands of Love provides non-medical professional provider and companionship care servicesIt is our mission to care for clients in a respectful and compassionate mannerWe have over years of care giving experience with compassionate dedication to serving peopleI always go by personally and speak directly to the client and family members This case was very volatile situationThe client put restrictions on when I could come by to see herwas told b tween 9am and 1pm Monday thru FridayOur employee had reported the client had been verbally aggressive with her over issues involving having to re-clean the kitchen area due to a grandson living at t homeOur employee had even requested to be reassigned to another clientThis situation was quite new for me as this was the first time I had been asked to reassign an employeeI had been told that e client gets very angry however I was not ready for what I experienced when I went over to her house to talk with herUpon arrival myself, [redacted] the manager were greeted with a very angry outburstWe were told by the client to shut up and "I don't want to her any of your excuses'The client never allowed me the opportunity to address any issues she may have hadThe situation made it very difficult to resolve any issuesHer conversation continued to escalateI attempted to calm her down however she told us to leave her house she would get another companyI directed our employee to make sure the client had her lunch prepared and her dinner made before she leavesI received a call from the son on Monday concerning the incident that happen on FridayI explained to him how angry she was and she told me to shut up and she did not want to hear any of my excusesHer son responded "I have had to deal with her anger all my life There is still a balance on the account; however we have sent no further invoices or correspondence to this client practicing as a health care professional for over yearsI have never encountered a situation like this oneIt is very unfortunate we were unable to assist with her complaintI hope she has found a provider that will work well with her any additional information please do not hesitate to call me a ###-###-#### Sincerely, [redacted] Gifted Hands of Love
