Dolls just want to update every customer & supporter of my small business thank you for being Supportive and many have been for the past almost years been so amazing to my shop and so grateful for all the pics I receiveIm currently experiencing a situation at the moment due to the the heavy demand of handmade custom orders I accepted back in August, when I decided to launch my FacebookI received so much support and orders that I accepted believing if I hired help it would be goodI have a passion for what I do, so, I keep striving to growThis business has been a blessing for my family but at times not so sureDue to the excessive mass support and orders some people took the opportunity of this weakness due to my delay and started to slander my business saying Im a ScamA scam is someone out to take peoples money and eventually can't be foundIm not accepting custom handmade items as listed in the siteIm so taken back by this I'm guilty of having a delay, I'm guilty of not being able to respond to everyone on a timely mannerIm so focused on working on orders to get them out asapIm training help,shopping for inventory,trying to reply and run social medias, I'm a mom,wife,and daughter I will no longer tolerate all the cyber bullying and deformation of my businessI hired a private attorney, I'm seeking legal matters and I have a team of shops who are helping me gather snapshot pics,details, and of course some of the emails will be usedEnough is Enough!!!! Some take kindness into weakness and will no longer tolerateI have a track record of successful shipping, and this delay will not break meAll Pre orders have been shipping as stated1)Why would I Scam after all my success been blessed to featured in the media,over 80k IG followers, 145K Facebook ,many celebrity supporters, and exposing my face and family2) If you choose not to wait as I Have stated in the website request a refund just as you paid through PAYPAL and STRIPE the only form of payment I collect! This refund is for Custom denim orders which did not meet my turnaround I completely understands if you choose not to wait any longer3)Why would I use my residential address? Hello,Thank you for your quick responseAs stated in previous correspondence to you I do understand the time it takes to make custom products, especially as a small businessMy issue though, was not that I am impatient but that I was sent shipping details and received no follow up when I became concerned about deliveryI try to be available when I know I have packages coming, and had I received notice stating that the jacket was still in production I would have been more than happy to continue waiting as it was a very nice looking pieceAlthough my experience resulted in a refund I wish you continued success with your business. [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]it is an automated response. They simply attached the automated response they sent my husband. The issue had still not been resolved. He sent another email the same day I posted this complaint and got the same automated emails. We just want our money back at this point. And others to be aware of the issue. No one should be buying an item and waiting over 12 weeks for it. That's simply ridiculous. Please, just give us our money back and we'll be done with it.
