We also checked to see if other customers had ordered the item that day to make sure that we did not put the item in some other person package. No other customer had ordered the item. We have a system in place that calculates everything to help us save customers money on shipping and everything else. We use the system religiously. All single ornaments are shipped in a 5x5x4 box and they weight on average up to 7 ounces. Multiples are shipped in a 6x5x5 box and they can weight up to about 15 ounces. In this situation, we will only ship another when we can see that our inventory is not matching our system and the weight of the item does not match what it should be. We have this system in place to prevent buyer fraud and to ensure that our customers continue to buy from us with lower prices.
