Gifty Baskets

I ordered a gift basket from this site on 12/13 to be delivered to FL for the holidays which was never sent I attempted to follow up via email on 12/24 and left voicemail on 12/27 asking where the delivery was which was expected to be received no later than 12/18 with no response - on 12/30 we called and the phone number had been disconnected and their *** page has been taken down - However, their website appears to still be active and taking new orders?
