communications which it seems is the case here. From our side we felt that [redacted] was not happy from the start with the new equipment due to poor air flow into part of the home. The poor air flow in the home was caused by poor duct design when the  home was built.  After installation we were called for the system not flowing properly, I arrived free of charge and the system diagnostically checked out fine and the system was operating properly at that time. I advised her if she continued to have any issues and she felt she was not getting adequate heat, then she should put it into Emergency heat mode and call us. It was not our advice that she ran it this way for 2 yrs. Although we can appreciate [redacted]s opinion that we provided faulty low voltage wiring, please know that 1.) Robert the owner carries a low voltage electrical license that he has to have continuing education in order to maintain,  if he was providing shoddy wiring jobs, he would lose that license. 2.)  We have turned [redacted] in to the Attorney General several times for unfair business practices and would not be surprise if this was another attempt to procure service work, based on their non founded diagnostics. We always stand behind our lifetime workmanship guarantee and will welcome a call from [redacted] if she needs HVAC services in the future. We welcome the opportunity to try and repair this relationship and rebuild her trust in our company.
