1. When they came into park they made a reservation for few daysThey were staying in one site extended for few weeksIt is not true that if a customer pays weekly that always tell customer to move to another site and spot is availableIn this case site that
they were before was already booked few weeks ago, and they were coming in to stay for monthSo, we asked customer to move to another site if they wanted to stay for two weeks because the site was not available for two weeksIf a site is available, we would not ask them to moveWe have lots of customer that stays for weeks, if they make a reservation in advance and we have a site available for days that they want and they would not move and stay in one site

We always ask customers number of nights they are going to stay before they make a paymentIn this case, we asked them several times to make sure they are going to stay for two weeks since we do not give any refundThey said they are sure that they are going to stay for two weeks, and signed the receiptThey booked a site for two weeks and agreed to pay for two weeksIf they were not sure either they are going to stay, they could pay for one week and extended for another week like they did before in another siteHowever, when they made a payment they were pretty sure that they are going to stay for two weeksWe would consider as this situation as early departure, not cancelling their reservation On the receipt that they signed that clearly says “Please be aware that rates are subject to change and no refunds are given for early departure.”

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I assert that we reserved and pre-paid for two weeks, at the one-week rate + one-week rate (as shown on the receipt), in advance of the reserved dates; and that I cancelled the second reserved week six days prior to the start of that week’s reservation; and therefore this cannot be considered an early departure as the 2nd reserved week was still in the future. It is impossible that I departed early, considering that the reserved week was still six days away. Based upon this, I assert that my request to cancel this reservation should have been honored and handled under the cancellation policy as posted on the business’s website:
*CANCELLATION POLICY: ANY FORM OF CANCELLATION, INCLUDING PARTIAL CANCELLATIONS, DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE RESULTS IN A CHARGE OF NIGHT FEENO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FOR THEIR ENTIRE RESERVATION, MINIMUM CHARGE WILL BE NIGHT FEE
The management’s definition of a “cancellation” versus an “early departure” is being used at their discretion to keep pre-paid funds for which they have not provided any services.Sincerely,*** ***
