The company did not ship items that were ordered for daysSix phone calls and many hours were required to get some of the items shipped and one item still never arrivedI was reassured at least two times that the shipment order had been placed, but when I called back to check in on it, I was told that no shipment had been placedThe store refused to provide any compensation for the terrible service provided and Michael (who said he was a manager) hung up the phone on me without resolving the issueThe shipping service and customer service are unacceptable

Review: I bought the giggle Gustaf Crib with white glove service delivery. Delivery people came to set up the crib and told me if I ever needed help adjusting the height of the mattress or help takiing it apart or putting it back together they would gladly come back to do so. Therefore I felt assured that if I had problems with the crib they would help me with it. They verbally gave me guidlines for the mattress heights.

I had not used the crib yet. as my baby has been in a bassinet. Since my baby is 3 months and more active I looked in the manual they provided to see what the guidlines are for mattress heights as well as how to adjust the heights. This information was not included in the directions provided to me. Therefore I called Giggle tonight to find out the height adjustment guidlines, how to adjust the mattress and if the white glove delivery could come back to do so. I spoke with 3 giggle employees including the supervisor Renee. No one knew the guidlines or how to adjust the height of the mattress. I asked if the white glove delivery could come back to help me as they originally said they would anytime and they knew how to adjust the mattress. The giggle employees I spoke to said white glove would not come back and they never do that. Then Renee, the supervisior said she would call me back in 10 mins because her system was down and she did not.

I spent two hours corresponding with them trying to figure this out and in the end got no assistance from giggle.

So now the crib I bought from giggle is not safe and is unusable as they sold it to me with out directions, guidlines or assistance on adjusting the mattress heights.Desired Settlement: I would like the giggle white glove delivery service to come back and help me adjust the crib mattress height as they originally said they would. If this cant be done I would like to return it for a full refund or exchange as they sold me a crib that can't be adjusted and does not include directions or guidlines on how to do so.
