Hi,My name is [redacted] and I'm responding in regards to the complain we received about work requested about a month agoI want to start off by apologizing for your experience with us, it should not be like this***, the tech that was sent out to help with your locksmith need, was fired weeks after he was hiredWe were not aware of the situation and that he still has work pendingHe was asked to disclose any work pending before we let go of himHe did state that this work order was handled on the spot.We were surprised when you reached out to us with the issue because as far as we know that this W.O been handledOnce it came to our attention days ago, we did our best to dispatch another tech on site to take care the issueWe are gladly happy to refund you $I know money is not enough to accommodate the waiting time and what you went throughI wish we reached out to the office sooner about the issue because we were not aware of anything on the work order, your communication was all done with the techAs I said, i'm more than happy to refund $back to your cardlet me know if you have any other concerns or questionsThank you,***

after he was hired. We were not aware of the situation and that he still has work pending. He was asked to disclose any work pending before we let go of him. He did state that this work order was handled on the spot.We were surprised when you reached out to us with the issue because as far as we know that this W.O been handled. Once it came to our attention 2 days ago, we did our best to dispatch another tech on site to take care the issue. We are gladly happy to refund you $80. I know money is not enough to accommodate the waiting time and what you went through. I wish we reached out to the office sooner about the issue because we were not aware of anything on the work order, your communication was all done with the tech. As I said, i'm more than happy to refund $80 back to your card. let me know if you have any other concerns or questions. Thank you,[redacted]
