clothing that have been tried on, but not wornThe tights which were returned had clear signs of seam stretches and marks of being worn. We exchanged one pair of tights which were not worn to the customerIntimate garments cannot be resold to other clients once they've been worn and this policy is clearly stated on the store receipts and signage in the store. We provided professional service and the customer was advised that the general range of size of 4-is not one size fits all. We are sorry *** ***'s experience was not satisfactory, we hope she will come back so we can assist her in getting the products that fits her correctly.
