Long story short, I have been fighting a claim since January 6th today's date is June 9th (Still not settled) I can not get no response from emails or a returned phone call from my adjuster (Paula C***) was told to obtain an attorney and they (The Insurance Company) looks forward to hearing from him/her

My husband got hit by someone with this insurance the day before ThanksgivingThey took a week to even send an adjuster out who was extremely rude and hung up on me when I called to find out what was going onThey told me last week to give someone in the total loss department at ext by the name of Joel O [redacted] to call backI got the call this morning FINALLY just to be told that he doesn't work in that department We have kids and it is our only FAMILY vehicalNo money before Christmas to pay for a rental because for some reason this insurance company will not do itThey only cover a day and u have to pay up front then put a claim in after everything is settledThat doesn't even cover the cost of a van which is what I hadI can't keep getting rides to work, the kids sports, ectI would have been better off if the guy didn't have insurance because mine would have already had it takin care ofHappy holidays to a very cappy companyThank you for making ours extremely stressful and for not being any help at all

The theft of vehicle was reported to us on 11/24/and assigned to an adjusterThe adjuster contacted Ms*** on 11/24/Ms*** advised that her vehicle had been taken by her step son without permissionShe advised that the step son was involved in a hit and run accident and her
vehicle was damagedThe adjuster explained that an affidavit of theft was required.The affidavit was received on 12/from the insuredThe vehicle had been previously determined to be a total lossThe file was transferred to the Total Loss DepartmentWe await return of the total loss paperwork sent to the insured in order to resolve the lossOnce the insured returned the paperwork we will be able to resolve her claimWe regret that the insured feels that she was treated badly in connection with her claim, as we strive to provide excellent customer service and claims handlingWe hope this response is sufficient but if anything further is needed, please contact usSincerely,

They told me last week to give someone in the total loss department at ext 4435 by the name of Joel O[redacted] to call back. I got the call this morning FINALLY just to be told that he doesn't work in that department. We have 5 kids and it is our only FAMILY vehical. No money before Christmas to pay for a rental because for some reason this insurance company will not do it. They only cover 19.95 a day and u have to pay up front then put a claim in after everything is settled. That doesn't even cover the cost of a van which is what I had. I can't keep getting rides to work, the kids sports, ect. I would have been better off if the guy didn't have insurance because mine would have already had it takin care of. Happy holidays to a very cappy company. Thank you for making ours extremely stressful and for not being any help at all.

The accident was reported to us by our insured MS [redacted]. Ms. [redacted]...

advised she went to the grocery and found damage thereafter on her vehicle. Coverage was confirmed on 4/25/16 by the agent. Our insured provided a statement on 4/25/16. An estimate was received on 4/29/16 of the damage to our insured's vehicle. The estimate was reviewed on 5/2/169 and had to be rewritten to remove OEM parts. Payment of the claim was issued on 5/13/16.
The claim is resolved. We apologize regarding confusion of the requesting and mailing of the payment. It was not until 5/13/16 that we could confirm the body shop choice from our insured.
While the claim was resolved prior to receipt of the complaint, we thank you for notifying us so that we could address the matter. We strive to provide the best possible service and we take complaints very seriously. Thank you for bringing this matter to your attention.
