We have recently had a one story sq foot rental home painted in the Continental Ranch area by Gila Painting, We chose them after a thorough walk around and a selection of HOA color scheme Owner Mr *** *** also gave estimate of a roof coating Out of three full estimates we chose Gila And upon completion the house looks fantastic These guys at Gila power washed, taped & prepped, caulked & filled cracks, then painted with a body and accent colors The result is a marvelous looking house, with tons of obvious TLC in the entire process The job was so appealing that other neighbor home owners sought estimates and eventually contracted with Gila We were so pleased that we contracted with Gila to also paint our two story main residence, also located at Continental Ranch Again Mr *** *** did full and complete walk around inspection, fully prepped for painting This house needed a backyard 2nd floor sun deck recoating Again HOA body and accent colors were selected The result is a home that looks stunning from street side and overall outstanding So, of all of the home contracted work we have had done over the years, both my wife and I agree that we lucked out big time when we met and signed with Gila Painting We fully recommend Gila Painting for your home Happy!
