after talking to several a/c companies we chose Gilbert Air because of their professionalism. Their office staff was very polite, their tech was punctual, knowledgeable, and completed the job right the first time.

Mr [redacted], once again. Your system was dry rotted long before we ever touched it. It fell apart in the technicians hands. This was explained to you. Why do you think the [redacted] corporation was willing to give you an entirely brand new system FREE of charge. That's FREE! All you had to do was have it installed. We worked to get you a payment plan and true enough it hadn't been offered to you because a better option became available. The original company that installed the unit when hearing of your financial circumstances offered to install it for $400. And just to put it out there. Mr. [redacted] didn't call around looking to find options. Our secretary along with our [redacted] representative researched all of this on a Saturday to find the original company and approach them to see if they would be willing to help this man that they had no relationship with. In the meantime. We charged you the bare minimum to make your system work. The freon charge was at a substantial discount as was the labor charge. We are very sorry you feel the way you do but we more than went out of our way to help you. I would suggest you seek a legal remedy at this point because we would love the opportunity to present all of the documentation we have from this incident.

I luckily found Gilbert Air to help get our companies air flow right. The AC worked but we needed another return in our reception area and also some help with our dampers. Since we own a salon that offers massages and quiet facials it put the schedule in a tight spot. [redacted] and his colleague came out as quickly as possible the following week at 5 AM to make sure we didn't conflict with any of our appointments. Fixed our issue within a couple hours and was honest enough not to charge for dampers that we already discussed were to be part of the deal since we apparently already had them. Honesty goes a long way in my book. Fair pricing and awesome service will have me calling them back for any future service. This is a company you can trust.

I can see where he is confused. However I personally took the time to educate him on the issue as well as our [redacted] representative did. Mr [redacted] has an outdated system in his attic. It was installed two years ago but through serial numbers it was identified as an older unit. It also had...

experienced exposure that left the plastic pieces on his unit rotted and brittle. We repaired the coils as needed on his air handler and advised him the the plastic items were crumbling and would fall apart. We made every effort to help Mr [redacted]. Even going as far as speaking with [redacted] management and working with them to offer Mr [redacted] a new unit free of charge. He would only pay the labor of the install. He did not have another $1100. for the install. At that time we had devised a plan for Mr [redacted] to make payments so he and his family could get the new unit. Instead Mr [redacted] chose to have another company spend a couple of hours with rolls of duct tape and super glue to "repair" his unit. Let me be clear. Our repair of the coils is why his unit is working today not the super glue guys. It's sad to me that he had an opportunity to have a brand new unit for just the price of the install and turned it down. Instead going with a "repair" for half the price. If someone tells me I can get a several thousand dollar system for free and all I need to do is have it installed it's a no brainier. Between my company and [redacted] we found the original company that installed the unit and they in good faith offered to pay part of the install brining Mr [redacted]s install cost to $400. and he still turned it down. In closing, Mr [redacted]s decision was to spend $517. on a quick fix repair of the brittle plastic pieces instead of $400. to have an entirely brand new system installed. ??? Now he wants his money back from the repair that is the reason why his unit is currently working. We did an honest repair that is working well. We charged a fair price for the repair and that's that.

We had a problem with our air conditioner condensate overflow line, and the air conditioner not cooling well.

The technician came and didn't do any thing except blow on some tubes with his mouth and say that it was fixed. He said he couldn't do anything about the cooling because the systems were old, but he could sell us a new system.

Of course the problem wasn't resolved. The condensate overflow is still dripping water, and the unit still isn't cooling well. I don't know why he expects people to believe that all it takes to fix an air system is to blow on a tube with your mouth. If that was true, their would be no need for an AC repairman.

Refund has been issued. We have received a return check, attempt to redistribute will occur today 5/27/15. Customer is upset for no reason, services rendered were fair and just.

I have called them 4 times and they didn't call me back at all and when I complained to Revdex.com then only they have responded that we will refund less labor, when nothing was fixed or replaced why should I pay $300 for labor.

Wow!  Let me first point out that Gilbert Air took my money before any work was done on my system.  Secondly I paid them to make my air conditioning unit work, they not only didn't fix the unit but they also told be they broke the unit and that they couldn't make it work.  Then in their kindness that they would only charge me $1100 more dollars to fix the problem they created!!!  The next problem is, Gilbert air NEVER offered me a payment plan, that is another LIE!  I am amazed at the ability for this company to stay in business, and have the worst customer service I've ever encountered.  
I was charged $280 for Labor and $450.00 for 9 pounds of R410A.  Gilbert Air got free coils from [redacted], never put the R410A in the unit, never got the unit working and they feel ok about having taken my 769.60????  If a business does NOT do what they tell you they are going to do they should NOT get paid. I also have the testimony of the new air conditioning company, a man that has been in the business for 30 years, he said they lied to me, and there is NOTHING wrong with the air handler.  So if Gilbert Air has any ounce of ethics they will pay me back!

We have spoken to Mr. [redacted] several times.  Gilbert Air issued a check on 06-05-2016 (less the cost of labor performed at the rental property).  We apologize for any inconvenience.  Please let us know if any additional attention is required.

I can't say enough how great Gilbert Air is!! They are fast, efficient, and affordable. The office staff is super friendly and the technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. They don't try to talk you into unnecessary and expensive repairs; instead they give you information on all your options. I recommend Gilbert Air to any family or friends that need a/c service, repair or inspection.

Bought a new AC unit from in April of 2015. After installation never heard from them again. Recently had an AC issue. Called them, they had never heard of me and had no record of any work done. Assured me though that if I had a copy of invoice they would honor it. Tech came out fixed the problem, good job. Not related to new unit. Thought I would go by their office and make sure they had a copy of my invoice. Office moved? Checked their website, went to address on website, no office. Called their number asked where their office was. Wanted to know who I was, not what this was in reference too. Anyway they never would tell me where they were located. Never do business with them again, odd business practices.
