I am rejecting this response because:I absolutely did not come into Lake Tahoe Glass in any hostile mannerI never once raised my voice or acted aggressive in any type of way toward [redacted] or any employee of Lake Tahoe Glass [redacted] became hostile with me as soon as I began to voice that I was not happy with the way the window was put inHis body language and tone of voice was that of someone that is trying to be intimidatingHe told me that he was the one that put the window in and he had an extremely hard time with itHe also agreed he didn't do a good job and told me that the window didn't fit because it was not oem and is "cheap"When I asked why he gave me my truck back without telling me about the job that was done, he got angry, raising his voice at me making me feel extremely uncomfortableOnce we finally came to an agreement that he was going to fix the job that was done and install a factory window, he said his receptionist was going to call the company, order it, and then call me to let me know when it would be deliveredThis was at 9:00amI went all day with no contactLate the next morning I called my insurance company and filed a report.? The window is leaking and needs to be done right so it does not ruin the inside of my truckSince I? wasn't? contacted or told a window was ordered, I made an appointment with a company to do the job? correctly.? My interaction with [redacted] was? horrifying? and degrading.?

To whom it may concern: Our customer came in Monday dissatisfied with the aftermarket part we installed in her truckThe part we installed was the one recommended by our regular vendorThis part was installed by my auto technicianWe understand here at Lake Tahoe Glass her frustration and
disappointmentHowever, her hostile attitude towards all personnel was very inappropriate and difficult for us to effectively communicate with herWe offered her every possible solution to make the job right and she just continued with the same attitudeWe went as far as ordering her dealer OEM Parts for her truck which she agreed uponHer and I also agreed as soon as the dealer part arrived we would call to schedule replacementThe following morning we heard from her insurance company saying she refuses to make it right at our shop and she will be going somewhere elseWe tried our best to make her happy and we have gone negative on this jobWish her the best on her future glass replacements.
