[redacted] refused service because I didnt have my insurance card on me as soon as I walked in the door. After she said he couldn't treat me with out my policy ID, I went out to my car; when I came back in with my policy ID, [redacted] said that she had taken me off of the schedule because it had been 35 minutes past my appointment time. I had just spoke with her for 20 minutes and had only went outside to get the insurance information she requested. It was the worse service from ANY Medical Care Provider, and I personally called my friends and family and told them to never go there.
