With much regret, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and ethics displayed by MsS [redacted] of Orchard Springs ApartmentsI called May 16, with a diplomatic, respectful, polite, and honest tone to truly understand the situation regarding my security deposit settlementI thanked MsS [redacted] for the written communicated and in return was disrespectedMy hygiene and level of cleanliness was insultedI was spoken to like a child, in a hostile, risen toneI was interrupted several times by MsS [redacted] in the middle of my dialogMsS [redacted] insulted my communication style with her comments of me being repetitiveMy repetition was a result of my inability to finish thoughts through our dialog, because of MsS [redacted] interruptionsWhen I realized how upset she was getting, I apologize if I offended her, and was not trying to accuse her of anythingFinally, she hung up on me when I tried to ask another questionThe behavior displayed was surprisingly unprofessional and disrespectfulThere are also accounts of unethical business practicesOn Thursday, April 14, 2016, a conversation was held between myself and MsS [redacted] The conversation consisted of the following topics: Utility service termination at residence Doing a walk-through with MsS [redacted] prior to vacating to ensure apartment conditions were up to apartment management’s expectationsQuestionable conditions of the apartmentI addressed a few concerns with MsS [redacted] regarding the apartment’s conditions: Mildew buiin master bathroom High traffic stains on carpeted areas: living room, dining room, and hallwayPaint on a corner of the living room Residue of adhesion removal in master bedroomMsS [redacted] did not grant me a walk through and responded to my concerns with the following statement “Please give the house a good clean, and run the vacuum through the houseYou have been very respectful tenants, and I appreciate your concernYou have my word that you will receive your full security deposits.” To further reassure her response I asked “Should I have those high traffic carpeted areas professionally vacuumed and shampooed.” Her response was, “No, we will take care of that.” My security deposit was deducted for not professionally cleaning the carpet on the apartment inspection reportMsS [redacted] stated that she will not amend the report, and will send us the remains of our security deposit, $out of $As a result of this negative experience, I will NEVER recommend this facility to a prospect looking for a place of residence, because the management and service are sub-par

I called May 16, 2016 with a diplomatic, respectful, polite, and honest tone to truly understand the situation regarding my security deposit settlement. I thanked Ms. S[redacted] for the written communicated and in return was disrespected. My hygiene and level of cleanliness was insulted. I was spoken to like a child, in a hostile, risen tone. I was interrupted several times by Ms. S[redacted] in the middle of my dialog. Ms. S[redacted] insulted my communication style with her comments of me being repetitive. I addressed a few concerns with Ms. S[redacted] regarding the apartment’s conditions:

As a result of this negative experience, I will NEVER recommend this facility to a prospect looking for a place of residence, because the management and service are sub-par.
