My name is *** * ***I'm years oldI suffer from bipolar severe depression and schizophreniaand I have a bad back from a car accidentI was on a bicycle and had an accident went over the handlebars hit my face and knock myself out and hurt my bellyon / I have had a double hernia surgery about years agoand I've been trying to get it looked at but it take some time out here to get seenI've been having some chest pains andthe belly pains have been severe like knives in my bellyI recently had an upper and lower GI and I was talking to my doctor drfuableabout my stomach pains and the chest pains he says the belly pains could be a torn hernia and for the chest pains you told me to go to the hospitalI want to Gilbert emergency room and told him I was having chest pains and my guts are killing meI can't even wear my boxers that the last it hurts my bellythey hook me up to the EKG took a chest x-rayand drbrown I was checking my belly and I hurt so bad he said he is going to take some picturesand find out what's going onthey put an IV in took some blood I guess they want to give me an IV flushtwo potassium pillsand some Pepto Bismolthen left me sit for four and a half hoursI'll call them in multiple times find out what's going on and what kind of procedure he was going to do for my bellybecause I'm hypoglycemic and I needed to get something to eatand I lay there so long my bad back was killing me and I asked if they could cut the edge off of itthe nurse comes in later tells me I'm released I said what about the pictures of my belly she didn't say much so the doctor released meI said I wanted to talk to the doctor she said he's busynow I'm cold hurting and hungry and I ain't going to do nothing for meI had a bipolar episodeand custom kick the chair told him I'd kick his line butand persistent storm out of the room and he persisted to push me and push me around telling me come on kick my butt push me down the hall against the wall tell him come on kick my buttI took off down the hall he hollers at me where you goingsome trying to get away from you where is the exitso I go outside to call nine-one-one to go to another hospital.and then I called nine-one-one back to send the officersI wanted him arrested for touching me they wouldn't do itthey told me not to leave the premisesI said that's fine I'm waiting for the ambulancethat never showed upso I practically crawl to the QT catty-corner across the street and call my dad he came and got mewanted to know if I want to go to the hospital I said no thank you I said the next one might do the same thing and then I might will hurt somebodyI am bipolar severe severe depression and schizophreniaand this man's push me around the hall telling me to kick his ***I'm getting a lawyer so that's my story and it's truemy name is Michael k*** ###-###-####.doctorBrownWas the doctor.thank you have a blessed dayI told the ladies in the beginning at the emergency room that I apologize this man lie to me push me around tell me to kick his ***.to me that was taunting me and assaulted meand the cops didn't arrest himThat's bull

I have had a double hernia surgery about 15 16 years ago. and I've been trying to get it looked at but it take some time out here to get seen. I've been having some chest pains andthe belly pains have been severe like knives in my belly. I recently had an upper and lower GI and I was talking to my doctor dr. fuable. about my stomach pains and the chest pains he says the belly pains could be a torn hernia and for the chest pains you told me to go to the hospital.
