I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

We recently used Gilbert Poolman to install a pool heater at our Chandler homeThe scope of work included all of the electrical work as well as setting and installing the heat pumpRob from Gilbert Poolman came out the same day we contacted the company to survey the site and give us a quote for the workThe price quoted was fair and in-line with other contractors What set Gilbert Poolman apart was their excellent responsiveness their flexibility and the ability to do the work within our scheduleThe electrical portion was finished in one day and the installation of the heater in another dayThey took extra steps to leave the site looking clean and neat, and even painted out existing pool equipmentWe were very pleased and would definitely use this company again

I value everyone of my clients and I apologize that rather than contact me (the owner) and to give me an attempt to figure out what in the world is going on here, he decided it was necessary to come online and attempt to destroy the reputation of my business.  However in his very own complaint...

he identifies that on several occasions we came out and repaired his leaks and for several days after it was leak free.  By his description it sounds as if new leaks started in different areas of the same related plumbing which to me honestly sounds like he has old sun rotted dried out PVC and he is springing leaks all over and expecting us to repair each leak under the first leak repair we did.  That to me doesn't sound reasonable.  If you have old sun rotted pvc and equipment how can I as a business be held responsible for each and every leak that turns up?  We fixed the leak we were paid to fix.  How many more leaks should we fix at no charge for the consumer before we have to cut our losses or charge more money?  And yet we haven't.  We have been going out granted when we have time and fixing this guys leaks at no charge to him.  And now he feels like it is necessary to come online and trash my business?  You try and do someone a good deed and help them out and that's how they repay you... It just shows the kind of selfish culture we have allowed ourselves to become.  All this consumer needs to do is to contact me and I would be happy to come out and fix the new leak for him.  I just don't know why he expects this service to be free when it is unrelated to the original leak we repaired.  That's where I am confused.  Just because the leaks happen days after we were there and fixed an unrelated leak that means we caused the new leak?  Come on now.  Let's use some common sense.  I'm a really nice guy.  This consumer didn't have to come online and do this to me.  [redacted]Gilbert Poolman
