Hello- I not accept or agree with contractor's response.The roof leaks BADLY when it rainsyou can hear the constant drip inside the houseThe water to the evap is cooler is not even turned onEvap cooler is not and has never been the problem.Contractor initially told me he was going to get in attic and have someone run water on roof to find out exactly where roof is leakingContractor never performed leak test.Drywall is getting water damagedWood may be rotting in atticMold may be setting in.Original roof never leaked prior to new roof being installed, it was just oldI never had any leaks on my roof or in my house, until the new roof was installed.I just want the roof not to leak inside my house.Thank you March

I had my roof replaced and was very happy with the price and Gilbert V's professionalism, eagerness to please the customer. I also liked how he didn't require any prepayment. It's hard to give money to strangers before work is done. Gilbert V stands by his work and takes payment after it's done. Great guy!
