I never received a return phone call after I left a message in regards to if the work order was completed to their satisfactionOn 2/1/when resident was in office paying rent, they mentioned the sinks were still leakingOn 2/2/maintenance REPLACED KITCHEN FAUCET, FIXED BATH ROOM SINK2/3/I personally spoke with MrFlores witched confirmed the work order was completed to his satisfaction Resident is also in process of transferring on site to a 2xon 2/6/

Gilbert Square Apartments is terribleThe work orders take forever, the staff is rude and condescending, and they are extremely incompetentWhen I first moved in there was a German roach problem in my apartment, to the point where I would see at least one, sometimes two, every dayI left no food out and always kept everything very clean and packagedWhen I reported it, they told me they would send someone out to take a look at itA week and a half later someone came out and put poison in my cabinets, but that was itI complained to the front desk saying that I wanted them to possibly bug bomb my apartment, and they made excuses saying that it would be time consuming, etcWhen I sprayed the roaches with bug spray, they told me to stop because it would interfere with the poison they put outAbout a week after the first time they put out poison, I found maggots in my apartmentI brought it to their attention, in addition to the problem I had of finding dead gnats in my refridgerator, and they told me they would take a look and see if it was an issue with the fridgemonths later I still haven't heard back about getting a new fridgeI told them if they didn't take care of my bug problem I was going to break my lease with no penalty, [redacted] told me if I did that they would charge me for breaking my lease and get lawyers involvedI told them that I wanted more extreme measures taken to help get rid of the roaches, and [redacted] told me "If you want I can show you apartments here that are infested worse than yours"In the middle of summer my AC stopped working rightIt would run all day and not cool my apartmentI reported it to [redacted] , she said she would send someone, a week later no one came so I reported it to ***, she sent someone out the next day who fixed itThey also have entered my apartment multiple times in their crusade to get rid of the roaches without notifying me, and when I complained, [redacted] told me "If there is a work request put in on your apartment you are giving us authorization to enter and we can enter at any time without your approval." I was finally able to get rid of the roach problem on my own by using my own money to purchase roach poison roach spray and devices to plug into the wall that repel insectsThey also put lights up outside each apartment that runs on the apartment owner's energy and has no way to turn the light offI started taking the light out because as a female living alone I felt safer without a light outside my door attracting attentionThey asked me about it and I advised them why I took it outThey then approached my neighbor, not me, and told her that if I took out the light bulb again I would be finedThen they left a notice on my door saying that if I took out the bulb one more time they would evict me from my apartmentThey have threatened me multiple times when I have not done anything wrong, but my upstairs neighbor has had the police called on him and they have done nothing about itI am sick of this place and their employeesEvery time you go into their office they act like your request is a huge inconvenienceIt is the worst run business I have ever come across, as soon as my lease is up I am leavingI would leave sooner, but they have made it very clear I cannot leave

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I'am nowhere near satisfied. As you can see from their response the numerous complaints I have made all they ever did was tighten it. Then again the problem continued. Now I have to keep a towel uner my kitchen sink as well and my bathroom sink so there is no damage since this problem was unable to be fixed in the first place. Just another hassle me and my husband have to deal with. But we arw hoping to shorten lease or buy it out because we are expecting and need a 2 or 3 bedroom aomewhere with Better management.

On 2/2/2015 maintenance REPLACED KITCHEN FAUCET, FIXED BATH ROOM SINK. 2/3/2015 I personally spoke with Mr. Flores witched confirmed the work order was completed to his satisfaction.
 
Resident is also in process of transferring on site to a 2x2 on 2/6/2015.

Below list all pluming request from the resident and action taken since their move in. Each time maintenance conducted work inside the apartment in a timely manner and left a slip for the resident of the action taken. Office staff will follow up with work orders going forward. We attempted...
