First of all my name is Craig J G., I have been dealing with [redacted] this whole time NOTDAVIDOn 11/5/she came into Gilbert's Tire Pros and asked for a specific TireA 325/60R20BFGoodrich All Terrain K/O, Just like she had on the vehicleHer exact wordsBFG has two options inthat sizeOne, The BFG All Terrain K/O which is about per tire cheaper then the BFG All TerrainK/OShe specifically wanted the K/OShe left a depositThe next day she called and asked if she couldget her vehicle towed here due to the fact that two tires where blown out and had no air in themThevehicle was towed here and stayed here for two days till the tires came InThe tires where beingshipped due to the fact that the tires where not in any local warehouseWhen the tires arrived weINSTALLED them and called her to pick up the vehicleShe comes In and pays the balance of the tiresand takes her vehicle awayThree hours later she calls saying that she went online and could have foundthem cheaperMy response was yes she could that is what is called Wholesale and I am not InWholesale I am In retailAs of this day she still doesn't know the differenceNow two hours go bye andshe comes back to the shopI tried to explain to her for minutes the difference between online and inthe storeAgain she wasn't getting it and she gets irritated and begins to tell our other customers we arecrooks and she is gain on a online rantI told her right there she is not allowed In this shop againPERIODShe calls the [redacted] Headquarters and [redacted] Headquarters and again she is still under theassumption she has been ripped off and deserve a rebate which we did not haveTirebuyer had arebate And for the 5th time WE ARE NOT [redacted] She has gone on yelp and said we she has to say totry to hurt our business, which isn't goin to happenWe have been in business since we haven'tbeen in business this long bye screwing the publicOur Rep for this area is Jason A [redacted] he has beendealing with this for the past two weeksWe personally showed him what we paid per tire and what wesold the tires forAnd we made 12% I have no problem telling or showing you what we paid for thesetires, she wants to drive a Hummer than she best expect to pay top dollar for repairsWe paid 476.00per tireAnd sold them INSTALLED to her for that Isn't a big markup on the tires, So in final she isgrasping as straws to save dimesMaybe if she would do her homework before she accuses business'sfor ripping her off and rebates she didn't receiveSo in final she needs to understand we are not [redacted] We are a retail business that Is in the businessto make money, PERIOD99.9% of ourcustomers are satisfied with everything we doThe percent of them are like [redacted] grasping at strawsto try to get money backIf you cannot afford to drive a vehicle like this get one you can affordHave agreat day Craig GGilbert's Tire Pros503·665· *Please view attached document
