*** In response to consumer complaint # [redacted] we have to thorough process in place to confirm that the consumer understands they will be making payments for the any product provided by usFirst the contractor fills out an purchase agreement, a multiple page finance agreement, and identification confirmation form with the consumer which all needs to be signedUpon signature being completed, there is a third party verification call completed confirming the payment amount monthly along with the term of the agreementFollowing that there is completion certificate signed after installation that confirms the consumer is satisfied with the installationWe would like to work on a resolution with the consumer and would like a phone number to contact the family member speaking on behalf of the consumer as well as two date s and times that would best to call/contact

They call us the morning of Dec and said they would be out between and 2pm they got here around 3pm [redacted] they pulled the filter but didn't bring along a new filter, the person sent out was DaveDave called in and told us he would drive back to [redacted] and return around pm we waited up until 1am waiting for him, [redacted] We got no phone call to tell us he wasn't comingCalled the Head Office Dec morning and they got back to us and said they would send out someone with a filter between 1pm and 5pmSomeone from [redacted] came out with filters and showed my husband how to change itSo we will se how it goes [redacted]

Re: Case #***In response to the consumer complaint discussed in case #*** with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com), we were made aware the issue with the installation of the furnace on July 22, We began our investigation into the issues with the furnace installation, at which on July
25, 2016, Mr*** *** contacted our office on behalf of his mother, *** ***Mr*** explained the issues with the installation to our office as well as to our lead technicianWe understood the issues and offered to repair any damages and have the installation redoneMr*** notified us that his mother was out of town and would like us to complete the installation and repairs once she returns.On August 19, after multiple calls, we got in contact with *** *** and informed him that we would like to complete the repairs at the home on August 20th, He declined and preferred a weekday to have the repairs done as he requested to have an inspector present during installationHe was notified we would contact him back with a new date for completionWe were unable to reach Mr***, up until he called into our office on Sept 6thWe attempted to contact again to no availAnd on september 9th, 2016, we contacted the customer, *** ***, to look to schedule the repairsShe declined scheduling via phone and requested via email. We would like to resolve this issue for the customer promptlyWe only require a date that the customer is comfortable with to be able to have our technician at the homeAnd as requested, with an inspector present during installation
