After reviewing the customer complaint that occurred on June 26th, 2015  at 3:49 pm the customer reported that it was "now 81 degrees inside my house and reported it needed to be fixed today."  We responded to the customers complaint immediately and our technician found the AC unit off due to a plumbing safety switch.  The customer's plumbing was clogged and this prevented the ac system from draining properly and a water safety switch on the system shut the system down. Our technicians made an attempt to clear out the customer's plumbing to get the ac system operating again and recommended that the customer call a plumber to ensure no further issues with the primary plumbing.  
On Wednesday July, 8th at 4:07pm the customer complained that : "The a/c still doesn't want to get to temperature.  And there is condensation on the kitchen vent."  Again we responded to the customer within 5 minutes of his complaint and customer asked if we could come check it out the next day.  On the next day we scheduled the owner of the company and a crew so that we were prepared to resolve any issues with the system.  After testing and assessing the performance of the system we found the system performing at it's maximum performance.  However, we found several issues with the integrity of the home that was preventing the system from achieving the customer set point temperature.  For example, the home has poor insulation, and has many wholes in the envelope of the home around the doors, windows, etc and is exacerbating the unwarranted and excessive heat load on the home.  Customer reported that he understood the home performance issues and was just hoping that the new air conditioner could compensate for all these home deficiencies.  The customer reports he is now satisfied with our assessment and services and will let us know if needs any further help from us.

Although they choose to ignore how many times they had to come to my house to do the same repair over the last 11 months. I believe in total it was approximately 8 times.
