First of all my name is Craig J G., I have been dealing with [redacted] this whole time NOTDAVID. On 11/5/2015 she came into Gilbert's Tire Pros and asked for a specific Tire. A 325/60R20BFGoodrich All Terrain K/O, Just like she had on the vehicle. Her exact words. BFG has two options inthat...

size. One, The BFG All Terrain K/O 2 which is about 100.00 per tire cheaper then the BFG All TerrainK/O. She specifically wanted the K/O. She left a deposit. The next day she called and asked if she couldget her vehicle towed here due to the fact that two tires where blown out and had no air in them. Thevehicle was towed here and stayed here for two days till the tires came In. The tires where beingshipped due to the fact that the tires where not in any local warehouse. When the tires arrived weINSTALLED them and called her to pick up the vehicle. She comes In and pays the balance of the tiresand takes her vehicle away. Three hours later she calls saying that she went online and could have foundthem cheaper. My response was yes she could that is what is called Wholesale and I am not InWholesale I am In retail. As of this day she still doesn't know the difference. Now two hours go bye andshe comes back to the shop. I tried to explain to her for 10 minutes the difference between online and inthe store. Again she wasn't getting it and she gets irritated and begins to tell our other customers we arecrooks and she is gain on a online rant. I told her right there she is not allowed In this shop againPERIOD. She calls the [redacted] Headquarters and [redacted] Headquarters and again she is still under theassumption she has been ripped off and deserve a 70.00 rebate which we did not have. Tirebuyer had arebate .. And for the 5th time WE ARE NOT [redacted]. She has gone on yelp and said we she has to say totry to hurt our business, which isn't goin to happen. We have been in business since 1953 we haven'tbeen in business this long bye screwing the public. Our Rep for this area is Jason A[redacted] he has beendealing with this for the past two weeks. We personally showed him what we paid per tire and what wesold the tires for. And we made 12% I have no problem telling or showing you what we paid for thesetires, she wants to drive a Hummer than she best expect to pay top dollar for repairs. We paid 476.00per tire. And sold them INSTALLED to her for 551.00 that Isn't a big markup on the tires, So in final she isgrasping as straws to save dimes. Maybe if she would do her homework before she accuses business'sfor ripping her off and rebates she didn't receive. So in final she needs to understand we are not[redacted]. We are a retail business that Is in the business. to make money, PERIOD. 99.9% of ourcustomers are satisfied with everything we do. The .10 percent of them are like [redacted] grasping at strawsto try to get money back. If you cannot afford to drive a vehicle like this get one you can afford. Have agreat day Craig G.
