In response to the response received from Giles, Ms*** did not inform me that my vehicle was an E-impound tow I agree that I was upset when arrived at the business but it escalated due to her attitude as well There were no inappropriate words said by either party so whether or not I was upset has nothing to do with the fees chargedAs a matter of fact, when I stated to Ms*** that she would here about this again (referring to the fees) that is when she became rude and unprofessional Ms*** did not explain the charges for my vehicle at all She did say that there are various fees depending on the tow but did not say what type of tow my car was If she would have said that the charge is what they normally charge for E-calls I would have to accept that She said to me the fees are not posted as there is a different tow for calls, personal requests of tows, accidents etc Never did she give a charge for any of the tows She was upset because I inquired on the price listing and my persistent of why they don't have one or any document stating their prices.
My complaint is regarding the amount of fees charged The towing company towed my car less than miles round trip from their business during regular business hours and had my car less than minutes I am asking that a comparison be done for towing companies in the area and we can agree on the amount paid I never stated that the company didn't deserve a fee but it is the amount of the fee that I am disputing

On October 8, 2014 Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle was pulled over by Worth County Sheriff's Deputy and we where called by E-911 to tow vehicle.  Ms. [redacted] came into business with a attitude and it just got worse after she was told how much the tow bill was.  Ms. [redacted] asked why so much and why fees were not posted on wall I ([redacted]) explained there are different fees for different tows your tow is a E- 911 vehicle impound tow which is $ 225.00. As far as fees posted on wall no I do not have them posted.
 
Tow fees depend on the type of tow done.  I am sorry if Ms. [redacted] felt like I ([redacted]) did not explain to her the reason her bill was $225.00.  I explained to her the way I explain to everyone else that asks.
