Review: We hired above named person to do repair work at our house in February 2013. Mr. [redacted] received 4 checks for the job performed (check # 100-2/18/13-$250, check # 1006-3/8/13-$400, check # 1010-4/29/13-$450, check # 1017-6/10/13-$500) and $100 cash for each work performed for materials for a total of $400. Total that we paid him was $2000. We have asked each and every time for a receipt after completion of every job and he stated that he would only give one receipt after completion of entire job. He finished his work at our house in June 2013 an up to this date we still have not received a receipt. Multiple efforts to reach Mr. [redacted] have been unsuccessful as he does not respond to our phone calls. Last time we called him, Mr. [redacted] told us not to call him anymore as he has no time to give out any receipts. His last job at our house was to repair leak in the garage. Upon completion of his job 1 month later it started to rain and the leak appeared again from the same place of the repair. We have contacted Mr. [redacted] since July 23, 2013 (we have copies of all SMSs and records of phone calls that are available per your request), but he stated initially that he is very busy and later told us that we have to find someone else to do the job. He did not assume any responsibility for his faulty job. We would like for Mr. [redacted] to repair again the leak in our garage.Desired Settlement: repair of the job that he already got paid for
