Review: To who ever this May concern,

I spoke with [redacted] on June 13th about issues I was having on the septic tank. First I had ask** him if he connect** the sink into the sewer line, and he stat** he had done that as a favor to the realtor who was a personal friend of his. I then explain** to him that it was not install** properly and had been leaking into my crawlspace. I had then ask** him a couple of questions about who the electrical inspector was and he refus** to tell me but would meet me the following morning on site. The questions I had ask** him where "Why there was no disconnect", "Why inside the alarm box, were there wires wrapp** with 4 inches of electrical tape", "How he made his wire connections underground", & at this point he had stat** everything was inspect** by an inspector. When I ask** him who that inspector was, he refus** to tell me & then he stat** he would meet me on site to discuss the issues the following morning. I told ** I would be available at any time be for 1 PM and I would be leaving for a few hours after that. He said that he would be here, that never show** up. When I return home I decid** to dig up where his electrical connections were made, and at that point I had discover** that he us** PVC pipe as a sleeve & silicone for water protection. Once I remov** the silicone and PVC pipe from the wires, I found out why the circuit kept tripping. Water had gotten in between PVC & silicone and caus** an underground fire. Most of the wires in that PVC pipe had been fri** and melt**. After I discover** this issue I contact[redacted] Electrical & had an emergency service sch**ul** to prevent further damage to my high spend septic pump. I had their service manager come out on a Saturday so that he could temporarily take care of the sewage not backing up into my house. He then stat** to me that the electrical issues were not to code & that he would give me a prices to take care of these issues and bring them up to code.Desired Settlement: I would like issues to be take care of, so that I do not have further issues with my electrical system.
