I am rejecting this response because it is inaccurateThe complaint I made was completely honestMy driveway was seal-coated on 9-22-15, and I registered my first complaint on that same day to the man who came for payment, not on 10-6-as the company statedThe man took out his camera and tried to take pictures of the areas of concern but said that the tree was causing shadows, making it impossible to get a good pictureHe also said the acorns from the tree are causing problemsOn 10-6-15, I called the company and asked that someone come out again since I hadn't received a reply to the complaint I made to the man who collected the payment(The company stated on their reply to Revdex.com " We then sent our estimator, who took pictures
and explained to *** *** that what he was looking at were surface cracks
that we recommend no crack fill be used on because it would make it worse." No one came back and took pictures or talked to me after the 10-6-phone callFurthermore, if they had, why would this information be given AFTER THE JOB was done rather than before?) The next phone I made was again to try to get a resolution to this issueI NEVER, EVER used racial slursI was annoyed and my tone showed that, but the service was poor and I was tired of getting the runaroundAlso I never stated that I sealed my driveway EVERY YEAR, as the owner stated I saidI have been disabled for years and unable to do my own drivewayThe last time I was able to do my own driveway, years ago, I used sealer from ***Classic Seal Coat never mentioned a problem with that before they did the jobI would like Classic Seal Coat to retract their statements

At this time Classic Seal Coating would like to reimburse *** *** for his driveway as our paperwork does show the dates as we have them as well as we do have the pictures showing there is nothing but surface cracks, which if we were to seal again they would be more pronounced We are very sorry for the confusion and if there was any misinformation on our part We do strive to satisfy every customer and as we do stand behind our work we feel that a refund is the best course of action for his driveway

[redacted] is wrong in his assumption that his driveway was done anymore quickly or not as professionally as his neighbor or any of our customers.  Driveways are done by the same crew all the time and even if his driveway appeared to be the same size the crackfilling is where the difference...

in time and price would come in to play.  Our crew is always professional but they are not required to ring doorbells to say hello or goodbye as everything to do with scheduling and payment is taken care of by our office as to save time when they are working on site.  [redacted] driveway was done on September 22, 2015 and his first call to us regarding his issue with how his driveway looked was not until October 6, 2015.  At that time he stated he wasn't how it was supposed to look  he had no complaint he just wanted someone to come out and speak with him.  We then sent our estimator, who took pictures and explained to [redacted] that what he was looking at were surface cracks that we recommend no crack fill be used on because it would make it worse.  There would be no adhesion and it would track everywhere.  Our estimator never said anything about acorns as this would be completely irrelevant to sealing a driveway. At that time [redacted] didn't ask for anything else to be done.  The next phone call came the middle of October and at that time the girl in the office placed him on speaker as is policy so we can determine the best coarse of action as he began to complain at this time.  The phone call then took a turn when he stated to use racial slurs in regards to the crew we sent to do his driveway originally.  This was heard by a few people in our office and the person he spoke with asked him repeatedly to refrain from using those remarks when he did not she told him to have a nice day and hung up the phone.  He then called back and another girl answered and tried to appease him and told him the owner would call him back.  When the owner returned a few minutes later he did call and explain the situation with his surface cracks. [redacted] told him that he had always sealed his own driveway each year.  Being in this industry for 30 years the owner did tell him that the products he had used in the past was not comparable to what we use for residential driveways and that you can not seal your driveway every year as the build up will cause the surface cracks he was experiencing.  But as to the fact we pride ourselves on customer service we sent an estimator back out again to double check and at this point there is nothing we can do.  The sealer needs to wear off with the season so the cracks will dissipate. This work was done professionally and properly as was our conduct of all the staff that dealt with [redacted].
