I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The president of the company is not even aware that there are false claims in the on-line catalog. Perhaps he should look on PAGE 89 under the heading of ANTIFUNGAL ( a false and misleading title above the nail polish. A misleading and false advertising and chooses to ignore this fact despite complaints. Under [redacted] Nail Polish it lists undecylenic acid as an ingredient. There is no qualification that this ingredient is not anti fungal. This same false and misleading advertising has previously come to the attention of the National advertising division of the Revdex.com. Gill podiatry has been asked to stop the advertising but chooses to mislead the public and the physicians it sells to. This same advertising was sent to physicians/ customers around the country. I ask the president for a rebuttal in regards to this. I have included photos of the advertising to refresh the memory of the distributor but it can be seen on www.gillpodiatry.com --- In the on-line catalog section. I would expect someone with the title of president to be aware and abide by recommendations made in regards to false and misleading advertising.
