BEWARE!!! My concern is that the customer is not made aware of the charges before they schedule a service callYes, they will repair (and repair well) but the costs are hiddenThey charge $an hour to make the call, but then there is a full hour for ANY time that they spend at your homeThe minimum charge becomes $Yes, they give a first time discount of $or a 10% discount to seniors but it's still steepWhen I questioned the owner about the charges for a minute service call ($149.95) and he said, "Honey, do you know how much it costs to run a business?" I was highly insulted at his condescending attitudeI will call elsewhere another time and will never recommend them due to exhorbitant charges
In an effort to save our refrigerator we tried Sears and MrApplianceWith no success we were about to purchase a new refrigeratorand then a friend recommended Gill, Gill's Appliance RepairWe called to set up an appointment spoke to Erin *** came out the Same Day as refrigerators we a priority do to food loss
