The customer called our headquarters, spoke to Eric Gillan, I offered to have him return the product so we could fix the issue or issue refund for the difference in the vs color printThe customer has not returned the merchandise to allow us to fix the issue
The customer picked the
hoodies up at our headquarters and did not notice the issues until days after handing them out to othersWe can only fix if they are returned in a timely manner without being washed or launderedIf they have been washed we can refund the difference in the print cost

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I called and spoke with [redacted] at the location I ordered and paid for the hoodies the following morning. [redacted] pushed me to the side and asked me to email my issues with the hoodies. I have all emails to prove that. I picked up the hoodies on 12/10. I emailed them after the call 12/11 at 3:43 with photos. My response was short and in all caps. HI,IM TRYING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE SHIRT.WHAT WAS THE ISSUE AGAIN?
So I emailed back the issues and was told again in all caps. 12/11 at 5:56pm

I never heard anything from them on Monday so I emailed and called again the 12/14
Finally received an email back 12/17
YOU NEED TO BRING THE HOODIES TO CAHOKIA BECASUE WE ARE GOING TO PRINT THE WHITE ON THE ONES THAT DO NOT HAVE IT ON THEM. Nothing was ever said about not washing hoodies nor did they even say anything in regards to the overcharge. Thank you
