We have spoke with *** and taken care of the issues We are currently waiting for the local dealer to repair the steering rack, at which time we will pay for repairs We have been in contact with *** and will continue to do so until he is satisfied.Thanks!

Spoke to Mr *** -- confirms that his vehicle is currently in for repairs, and that Gilleland has advised they will be reimbursing him for relevant repairs.As the timeline for completion of repairs / reimbursement is unclear at this point, Revdex.com told Mr *** we will close his case 'Resolved,'
pending receipt of the reimbursement in question.(In the event Mr *** does not receive this reimbursement within a reasonable timeframe, he can contact Revdex.com to have case re-opened for follwith Gilleland.)

I am rejecting this response because: According to me they new about the jeep damage. As you seen on my last email I wanted the accessories on truck and the 4000.00 dollars  down payment. I didn't reject there offer on accessories on vehicle. I feel they should give down payment and accessories on truck because I should of been in truck a year ago when they lied to me and shoved me in this jeep. They should take care of this and not push this vehicle on somebody else and have the same issue I'am having at this time. They didn't disclose the damage to me. And for carfax it says in small print, not all accidents are reported to carfax. I am not going to just except the accessories on vehicle, I want accessories, and feel they should pay the 4000.00 down payment. I am in hole right at this moment of 15.000 dollars with this jeep, and it should never been sold. To the fact it wasn't worth what I paid for it with this damage. They should pay for what they did to me, and nobody else.

I sincerely apologize for the situation.  Unfortunately, we offer loaner vehicles to our valued customers and they come in and out very frequently.  We try to clean out any garbage or items left behind by the previous customer, and in this case didn't look under the seat before sending it...

out with you.  We are very thankful you found the gun and turned it over to authorities.  The owner of the gun has been found and did have a permit to carry in the State of MN.  We will have our Service Manager contact you regarding the oil leak.  Hopefully the dent has been repaired to your satisfaction.  Thanks again for your business and our apologies for your troubles.
