The customers claims have been taken up with the floor installer and verified.
The floor installer laid the floor...
with his professional know how and consistency of what he thought best for this particular install.
Project manager was not present at the time of install to inspect the scope of work for quality reassurance that we like to see as a standard.
We will be continuing to find resolution with the flooring sub contractor involved. We will reimburse the customer up to not to exceed [redacted] dollars.

The only reason I accepted their response was to be done with dealing with this company. I can not believe they have jerked me around for ~6 months just on correcting their bad flooring job. I have contacted them once or twice every week.
