I was told to try and handle this complaint with Ms***, I called at 10:am today 11/30/Ms*** stated that she had taken the mower to a *** repair shopI stated I would look at mower free of charge except for the pick up
feeShe then stated I she wanted me to give her $in cash, I responded with a counter offer of $with the old mowerShe then stated the mower was no longer has the mowerWhen the mower was sold to her in July, 2016, I gave her a day warrantey, the warrantey expiredShe no longer has this mower, there is no other recourse
