Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Everything that the contractor said was inaccurate When negotiating a resolution one of the options was that we would pay for the carpets and he would have to finish the job as signed on the contract that he created He flat out did not even address or answer it The options were completely ignored As far as all of his other reasons those too are incorrect: and I would hope he would hand over all the emails and text conversations because they will reveal all the incorrect statements We can provide all of those as well and they will prove all the reasoning he is stating is fabricated He did not pass one inspection sent by the mortgage company and in fact never showed up for any of the inspections at all After he got paid he just stopped workingThe entire issue here is breach of contract There was a signed contract and he did not honor it When we tried to give him options at resolution he ignored them the same way he ignored his signed contract Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Business keeps giving new reasons everytime we hold him to signed contract Keeps bringing up contracts and as you can see multiple times we have offered to pay second installment of carpet contingent that he finishes contract as he signed Even though we said we would he refuses to uphold his signed contract I do not understand why he keeps going back to carpet as we already said we would take care of it if he honors his contract This keeps going in circles and this contractor can no longer be negotiated with because he makes statements over and over again new and old just to get out of his signed contract which we never terminated verbally or writtenThe only acceptable resolutions are that he finishes the contract that he signed or returns the funds for the projects he did not complete as per the signed contract that he created and signed Sincerely, [redacted]

Me and the client discussed the issue about the carpets before they went in I explained to her they will be over payment due she said she understood and she would pay i've tried to negotiate with them about this and they refused to pay for the over the course of the Coppet it is impossible for me to pay for the carpets when the insurance company only allowed 3, on the replacement of the carpets it don't make sense that they would asked me to pay the $that they overspent I cannot believe that they don't see the reason in this wind may agree to do it before the carpets was installed For this reason I feel they terminated the contract that I

I am rejecting this response because:
Everything that the contractor said was inaccurate.  When negotiating a resolution one of the options was that we would pay for the carpets and he would have to finish the job as signed on the contract that he created.  He flat out did not even address or answer it.  The options were completely ignored.   As far as all of his other reasons those too are incorrect: and I would hope he would hand over all the emails and text conversations because they will reveal all the incorrect statements.  We can provide all of those as well and they will prove all the reasoning he is stating is fabricated.  He did not pass one inspection sent by the mortgage company and in fact never showed up for any of the inspections at all.  After he got paid he just stopped working.
The entire issue here is breach of contract.  There was a signed contract and he did not honor it.  When we tried to give him options at resolution he ignored them the same way he ignored his signed contract.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:
Business keeps giving new reasons everytime we hold him to signed contract.  Keeps bringing up contracts and as you can see multiple times we have offered to pay second installment of carpet contingent that he finishes contract as he signed.  Even though we said we would he refuses to uphold his signed contract.  I do not understand why he keeps going back to carpet as we already said we would take care of it if he honors his contract.  This keeps going in circles and this contractor can no longer be negotiated with because he makes false statements over and over again new and old just to get out of his signed contract which we never terminated verbally or written.
The only acceptable resolutions are that he finishes the contract that he signed or returns the funds for the projects he did not complete as per the signed contract that he created and signed.
Sincerely,
