did not make. I would also like to point out that not once did they say where "adjusting" the amount off. In fact, after talking with the "doctor" I was told quite the opposite. Both the receptionist and the doctor refused to discontinue to try and collect for an appointment I did not make. Not until the response to you (The Revdex.com) did they say anything about not trying to collect for an appointment I did not make, or as they wrote "adjusted" it off.
I appreciate that they will no longer be bothering me and that the Revdex.com has helped in this situation. Thank you.
